Not really into anime all that much anymore.. Ryoga.. isn't that the guy who gets tranformed into a pig?

Hellsing is alright, Its actually playing on tv now. Just one of the many genres that anime has ruined.

I only ever read one of the ranma comics. I think in that particular comic Ryoga tries to find ranmas weakness, and so he goes off into the wilderness to practise this secret technique, like a certain weak spot in the rock causes the entire thing to shatter. So he keeps practising until he gets it right, then at the end he finally has a showdown with ranma and pulls off the move, only to find out that it only works on rocks and not people.

I have so many favorite anime i cant name them, if i had to choose i'd say cowboy bebop... Outlaw star, Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, FLCL, and Hellsing are also good..

Yes. That secret technique is called the 'Bakusai Tenketsu' or breaking point technique. Ryouga sees the 'breaking point' of an object in his mind's eye and strikes at it to shatter it. The resulting explosion sends shrapnel everywhere. The training also toughens Ryouga significantly.

El Hazard was one of my favorites... I also enjoyed Full Metal Alchemist. ^_^

It is VERY good. It was one of my first anime's and continue to be one of my favorites. :)
